Rates

Rates includenot only the accommodations (double occupancy) but also daily gourmet breakfast, evening cocktails & hors d'oeurves, airport pickup & delivery as well as a car rental (when booked directly with Villa Greenleaf). Our five luxurious suites offer either an ocean view or a garden view, all with private screened in terraces as well as roof top decks.

 

All rates are based on double occupancy; each extra person is $50 per night. An 8% USVI Lodging Tax, a 10% USVI Energy Surcharge and a $2.00/day VI car tax are not included.

Packages

All packages are for 4 nights and 5 days, with full daily breakfast, car and at least one sunset cocktail hour with hors d'oeuvres at the inn, unless otherwise noted. If only one of the two guests would like to take advantage of the packages we can adjust the rate accordingly.

Package rates are for November 18, 2008 - April 30, 2009; please call for package rates for other dates.

Please know that all packages have been prices based on the most popular requests we have received from previous guests but each one can be altered to fit a different legnth of stay or activity. We will do everything we can to see to it that the package fits your specific needs!

 

DIVER'S DREAM/LEARN TO DIVE PACKAGE

You can choose 3 dives from boat, beach, pier and night dives, and all the gear is included with the exception of a wet suit. Each dive includes 2 tanks, so that you can get maximum time underwater. Check out our dive partners for more info.

If you don't know how to dive yet, you can still join in the fun. Discover scuba gives beginners the chance to learn the basic aspects of scuba diving in the comfort of a pool with 2 hours of instruction. Then, if you liked what you learned you can take your new skills to the ocean with a boat, beach or pier dive. Let us know if this is something that you are intrested, we are insured with some of the scuba dive shops so that you can learn in the comfort of our pool right here at Villa Greenleaf!

GOLFING GALA PACKAGE

Three days of golf includes 18 holes per day and cart fees at Carambola Golf Club and the Buccaneer Golf Club. Experience both courses, then make your choice where you would like to golf the third round. Additional rounds can be purchased at a substantial discount for those hard core 36 holes a day type.

ISLAND ADVENTURE PACKAGE

During your stay on our beautiful island you can choose three of the following adventures:

• Horseback riding (sunset or rain forest)
• Buck Island tour and snorkeling aboard a catamaran
• Sunset sail on the Hail Mary
• Self-guided kayak rental along the northwest shores of Frederiksted or through the Salt River
• Safari Tour introducing you to the island in a day
• SCUBA resort dive (learn to dive)
• Round of golf at one of the most beautiful resort courses in the Caribbean

ULTIMATE GROUP PACKAGE

Book the entire inn (5 rooms, 10 people max) for $11,375 for 7 nights. This offer includes full daily breakfast and all USVI Lodging Taxes and Energy Surcharges...that works out to only $325 per night per suite!

Policies

Deposit/Payment Policy: 50% deposit is needed to make a reservation with the balance due upon check out. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, personal checks and cash.

Pet Policy: Sorry, but we cannot accommodate pets.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed in any of the buildings, but is permitted in open air spaces where there is no structural building overhead. Villa Greenleaf charges a $250 cleaning fee for guests who do not respect our policy.

Cancellation Policy: If for some reason a reservation must be canceled, please understand that cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will be charged in full if we are unable to re-rent the room.

Getting Here

St. Croix (airport code STX) can be reached from anywhere in the continental U.S., the Caribbean, Europe, or South America in one day and, in some cases, a couple of hours. Most flights from the U.S. either go through Miami International Airport or San Juan, Puerto Rico.

American Airlines (800.433.7300) offers daily direct flights from Miami to St. Croix.

U.S. Airways (800.428.4322) offers a weekly direct flight from Charlotte, NC to St. Croix on Saturdays.

Delta Airlines (800.221.1212) offers twice weekly direct flights from Atlanta to St. Croix, on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

We'll greet you at the airport. Once you have your luggage, we'll drive you back to the estate—a ten minute ride—to check-in, where your rental car will be waiting for you.

Once you have checked in, we'll give you a tour of the property and provide you with additional island information.

As a service to our guests, we have partnered with a local travel agency who is able to offer discounted fares from mainland U.S. to St. Croix. If you would like assistance with flights and fares, simply indicate so in the reservation form below.
