Policies
- Deposit/Payment Policy: 50% deposit is needed to make a reservation with the balance due upon check out. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, personal checks and cash.
- Pet Policy: Sorry, but we cannot accommodate pets.
- Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed in any of the buildings, but is permitted in open air spaces where there is no structural building overhead. Villa Greenleaf charges a $250 cleaning fee for guests who do not respect our policy.
- Cancellation Policy: If for some reason a reservation must be canceled, please understand that cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will be charged in full if we are unable to re-rent the room.
